Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage

We are looking for a great food & beverage leader who can add to our successful team! Knowledge of restaurant/fast food operations as well as bar management would be the perfect combination of skills. Familiarity with inventory and auditing practices, cost controls, menu development, drink/bar mixes are basic qualifications of position. It is imperative that you lead by example in all aspects of your operation. You should be a certified food safety manager and have impeccable inventory management skills. Responsibilities will include cash handling, ordering, inventory, hiring, training and scheduling- among all other tasks required for the successful operation.
