This role involves working closely withhardware engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliverhigh-quality software for residential and power products. This rolefollows a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Kohler,Wisconsin. Specific Responsibilities: \* Develop, test, and maintainembedded software for microcontroller-based systems, including C and C++for QNX, Keil RTX, ZephyrOS and similar operating systems. \*Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and test efforts.\* Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system validation toensure software reliability and performance. \* Participate in codereviews and contribute to continuous improvement of developmentprocesses. \* Support hardware troubleshooting during productdevelopment and testing. \* Document software design and implementationdetails. \* Use industry-standard software diagnostic tools likeemulators, debuggers and oscilloscopes to debug and verify controllersoftware at a unit level.
