If this sounds like your ideal work environment, take a look at the job description below and apply today!Role and ResponsibilitiesAudit records to ensure proper submission of services prior to submitting claim to payerSupply correct ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes on all claimsSupply correct CPT code on all DME procedures and services performedSubmit claims to payer on a HFCADetermines the diagnosis and procedure stated by the physician or other health care providers are valid and completeMaintain compliance standards in accordance with the Compliance policies and reports any problems appropriatelyAccurately follows coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatoryComplete HCFA's and submit to payersFollow up on EOBs to determine reason for denialProvide high level customer service to both internal and external clientsDemonstrate performance aligned with WRS guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovationQualifications and Education RequirementsStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to function independentlyAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyProficient in Word and ExcelAbility to work independently and problem solveExperience with ICD-10 coding and CPT codesExperience with completion of HCFA formsJob Type: Full-timeFlexible work from home options available.
