This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top commercial banking lenders in the U.S. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #commercialbankingIn This Role, You WillResearch complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loansIdentify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional areaReview and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customersRequired Qualifications2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired QualificationsExperience with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loan underwritingCredit underwriting experience including commercial Middle Market / Mid-Corp credit or specialty group relationship portfolio creditStrong analytical skills and the ability to spread, analyze perform in depth commercial financial statement analysisDemonstrated experience showing attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to independently problem solveAbility to understand and review loan documentationExperience / ability working in a high paced environment, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to work in a highly collaborative work environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with experience effectively working and communicating with internal partners both in person and remotelyMicrosoft Office skills, including using Excel for financial analysis and projection modelingJob ExpectationsAbility to work a hybrid work scheduleThis position does not support Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
