Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align diverse workstreams across foundational infrastructure, core software applications, cybersecurity architecture, data migration, global networking, and baseline business operations. Governance & Portfolio Management: Champion the standardized deployment of enterprise delivery toolsets, ensuring that delivery timelines, resource forecasting, and detailed financial reports are rigorously maintained. Financial Stewardship: Oversee comprehensive program financials, resource allocation matrices, and budget forecasts for massive, capital-intensive technology initiatives. Executive Advisory & Communication: Function as the primary liaison for steering committees and C-suite leadership, translating highly technical dependencies and program risks into high-level executive dashboards. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify systemic dependencies and technical bottlenecks across parallel workstreams, engineering robust mitigation paths to insulate ongoing operations from delivery disruption. Requirements (Must-Have)Professional Experience: 8+ years of seasoned technology leadership, specifically operating as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager directing massive corporate initiatives. M&A Specialization: Demonstrated mastery in managing complex IT merger integrations, enterprise-scale migrations, or large-scale corporate transformations. Financial Scope: Proven success directing high-stakes technical programs with budgets scaling to $100M+. Matrix Leadership: Extensive background coordinating multiple auxiliary project managers and matrixed technical delivery teams. Toolchain Mastery: Hands-on experience utilizing Planview for portfolio and capacity management, alongside strong practical knowledge of Jira and enterprise Agile practices. Executive Presence: Top-tier relationship management, presentation, and facilitation skills capable of driving consensus across matrixed corporate environments. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)PMO Optimization: Experience architecting or advancing PMO governance structures and portfolio management workflows. Professional Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Agile Frameworks: Formal Agile certifications (such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent). Corporate Background: Prior leadership navigation within a Fortune 500 infrastructure or global market-leading enterprise.
