Agricultural Groundskeeper Technician Join a dedicated team maintaining the beauty and safety of outdoor environments across a regional healthcare system in the Midwest. This full-time role involves hands-on work such as mowing, landscaping, and seasonal grounds preparation to ensure all properties are well-kept and inviting. Essential Responsibilities Operate hand and gas-powered tools to mow grass, rake leaves, trim bushes and trees, plant flowers and shrubbery, and remove dead plants. Water and fertilize vegetation, and prepare grounds for seasonal changes. Maintain driveways, walkways, and parking lots by removing snow and ice as needed. Perform maintenance tasks including painting and repairs on fences and outbuildings. Support the facilities team with various tasks as directed. Adhere to privacy and security regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain professional communication and relationships with team members, contractors, and the public. Education and Experience No formal education required. Previous landscaping experience preferred. Licenses and Certifications Valid driver's license meeting regional requirements. Auto insurance equal to or greater than regional insurance standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently). Self-direction and ability to follow instructions. Physical Requirements Standing or walking 51-75% of the workday.
