All levels of staff directly inspire our agencys vision.The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism,ADHDand Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings.
