All levels of staff directly inspire our agencys vision.The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism,ADHDand Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the clients caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.Primary JobResponsibilitiesConducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs)and uses assessment toolsDesigns ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilitiesEnsures integrity of program implementationMonitors effectiveness of treatment plans andmodifyprograms as neededAnalyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of dataProvides individualized client-centered parent trainingEngagesin active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregiversFacilitatesclinical team meetings (CTMs)Modelsbehavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregiversProvidessupervision,support, and development opportunitiesto behavior technicians and case supervisorsGeneratesand completesprogress reportsSkills and QualificationsRequired:Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Masters degree in a related field isrequiredPrior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Prior supervisory experienceAbility to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis testAbility to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background checkConsistent and reliable transportationPreferred:Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skillsOperating HoursMonday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability)
