Instructional Designer Citizen Only End Client : Brokerage Location: Baltimore, MD 21230 (3 days onsite, Local to DC metro Area) Duration 12-18mth+ Interview 1 virtual round and Last round On-site Must Have: • Instructional design experience for online training. • Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training • Cybersecurity training is a MAJOR plus • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as AI authoring tools. • Experience using collaboration and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools. • Collaborate with senior SMEs to develop and refine learning solutions. • Excellent communication • LinkedIn Page with headshot photo and long term projects CDRR FTC Requisition - Instructional Designer: • The CDRR Training team covers regulatory required training for the Cybersecurity and Information Security Policy as well as the Global Technology Policy. • The Instructional Designer will build and/or rebuild engaging online learning solutions, based on content in our current training library. • The new courses would be created via in-house tools and Firm assets for design. • As needed, they will edit and advise on course scripts. • This role partners closely with the CDRR training team and other subject matter experts to modernize learning and driver learner engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning solutions on regulatory required topics such as cybersecurity and technology procedures. • Utilize internal tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Articulate AI Assistant. • Partner with subject matter experts, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that the custom courses align with business and training goals. • Develop course templates for future learning projects. • Maintain and update learning assets and documentation within SharePoint and other internal knowledge platforms. Skills Required: • Instructional design experience for online training. • Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as AI authoring tools. • Understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG). • Experience using collaboration and content management platforms such as SharePoint, Jive, and MS 365 tools. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical material into learner-friendly content. • Ability to collaborate with senior SMEs to develop and refine learning solutions. Optional/Preferred Skills: • Administrative and/or reporting experience with Cornerstone on Demand. Background in Cybersecurity, Technology, or Compliance training.
