Role Description This is a 32 hour/week on-site role for a Physical Therapist, at tge Streeterville location. This role is best designed for experiences PTs looking for a otovate setting, where you are given an ideal balance of autonomy and independence, while still receiving managerial support. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance quality of life. The role also involves assessing patient progress, educating patients and their families on at-home exercises or care routines, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Rehabilitation and Patient Care techniquesMinimum 7 years experience in outpatient orthopedicsStrong understanding of medicine related to musculoskeletal and neurological conditionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCurrent licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of IllinoisCPR and First Aid certification are highly desirable
