We work together to win, grow, and make a real impact—supported by a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative environment where you can be your best, every day.General Responsibility – Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on assigned equipment and instrumentation, as well as diagnosing and repairing problems with equipment.Job Duties/Essential Functions –Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on assigned equipment and instrumentationPerform preventive maintenance, machine setup, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and robotic equipment. Strong PLC knowledge required. Diagnose and repair electrical and pneumatic control system problems on production machinery, auxiliary equipment and fixturesPlan, layout and install electrical and pneumatic systems in support of the fabrication and installation of new equipment and fixturesCommunicate and work cooperatively with fellow technicians and line associatesAssist with set up and tear down of packaging line and changeover of automated pack stationDaily housekeeping and 5S activitiesMinimum Requirements –Job related experience a minimum 3-5 yearsAble to read mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, PLC ladder logic and pneumatic printsKnowledge and experience with Fanuc LRMate 200iD or similar Fanuc robotics systems requiredLift Truck Certified (preferred but not necessary.)
