This isn't a high-volume flat-rate grind it's a place where your knowledge of European engineering is genuinely valued, and the team you work with takes real pride in every vehicle that rolls through the door.Brand ExpertiseWe work extensively on: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, and MINI.What You'll DoDiagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on European vehiclesPerform advanced diagnostics using OEM-level scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, and others)Carry out major engine, transmission, and drivetrain work with precisionMentor junior and mid-level technicians with patience and know-howCommunicate clearly with service advisors to document findings and repair plansKeep your workspace clean, organized, and safe alwaysWhat We're Looking ForASE Master Technician certification (required); L1 Advanced Engine Performance a strong plus5+ years of hands-on experience specializing in European makesProficiency with European OEM diagnostic software and toolingValid Texas driver's license with clean recordOwn a complete, professional-grade tool setOur shop culture: We run a clean, well-organized shop where the team genuinely supports each other.
