Territory Manager - Surgical (Portland)
The Territory Manager Surgical is responsible for the clinical sales of the Ultrasonics portfolio in a designated region. The role is based in Portland, OR and the candidate must live in Portland. It reports to the Director of Sales and involves regular time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, physician offices, and other clinical settings.

Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis at 100% or higher.
Maintain working knowledge of all BGS and Ultrasonic products, identify prospects, and land new account opportunities.
Cross‑sell and upsell to expand account business and support capital sales.
Launch new technologies in the assigned territory.
Drive regional sales in existing accounts and penetrate targeted accounts.
Coordinate and conduct in‑services for surgeons, operating room staff, and sterile processing personnel prior to evaluations.
Provide onsite clinical support to accounts during the evaluation process.
Work closely with Regional Managers and Distributors to implement our strategic sales model.
Assist with labs, trade shows, training, and convention activities.
Complete all required product and sales‑related training curriculum.
Complete special projects as assigned by upper management.
Job RequirementsBA/BS degree.
A minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in operating rooms, surgical or medical device sales.
A hunter mentality.
For internal applicants: minimum 1 year as an ATM with Bioventus and 6–12 months of equivalent sales experience prior.
A valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States.
Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills including proper phone etiquette.
Computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel.
Highly detail‑oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
Strong decision‑making, sound judgment, and critical thinking skills.
Motivated and able to work independently within a fast‑paced, team environment.
