About this Job: Unit HighlightsThis RN position is for Full Time positions on the Neuro Telemetry unit at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.Unit HighlightsNeurological-Telemetry/ Medical-Surgical Unit48-Bed all private rooms including 20 telemetry bedsTypes of neurological patients: stroke, seizure, brain mass, neuro-surg and demyelinating diseasesTypes of med- surg patients focus is respiratory but service the general med-surg populationStraight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend scheduleKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
