Lead Product Designer

We partner and work closely with product and engineering teams to define the user experiences, translate the definitions into complete end experience that can be tested, delivered and iterated on. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing Design Team.In office collaboration is required Monday - Wednesday. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product DesignHow You'll Make An ImpactDesign and develop the end-to-end experience of the customer journey starting with them exploring on the Pebl websiteDevelop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organizationDesign and deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and user needsConduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and drive product improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business objectivesCreate and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, wireframes, and prototypesLet's Connect If You Have5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products and servicesPortfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual designProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVisionAbility to present work senior stakeholders regularlyExperience with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principlesCertification in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related fieldOur Commitment to YouAt Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
