Team members have the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare, contributing to tools that directly impact patient and provider experiences.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Implementation Specialist role based in Lindon, UT. The Project Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementation of the Stat CareOps platform for new and existing customers, from initial discovery through go-live and post-launch optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting client requirements, configuring the platform, coordinating timelines and resources, and supporting user acceptance testing. The role will also involve training customer stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues. Collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams is expected to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvement of implementation processes.QualificationsStrong project implementation capabilities, including experience leading software or platform rollouts and managing onboarding activities.Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and customers, facilitate meetings, and present complex information clearly.Planning and project management skills to define scope, set timelines, track progress, and deliver projects on schedule and within expectations.Experience working with SaaS or healthcare technology solutions is highly beneficial.Comfort working directly with customers in a consultative capacity, with a strong focus on service and relationship-building.Ability to work on-site in Lindon, UT, and collaborate in a team-based, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.What We OfferCompetitive salary ($58,200-$63,100 DPE) and benefits packageHands-on training on our product and the healthcare technology industryOpportunities for rapid professional growth in a scaling companyA collaborative, high-energy startup environmentThe chance to make a meaningful, tangible impact on how healthcare is delivered
