Fund Formation Associate or Counsel

Lateral Link is working with a remote corporate boutique based out of New York in its search for a Fund Formation Associate. Candidates should have experience in private fund formation, with venture capital and growth equity experience strongly preferred. The firm would like candidates with expertise in fund structuring with deep knowledge of venture capital markets, allowing them to advise on the full lifecycle of private investment funds.This firm is looking for candidates with 5+ years of Big Law experience. You can work from anywhere as long as you are open to working East Coast hours. They have attorneys working from across the country and beyond.
