Member Capability AssociateLocation: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)Contract: 6+ month W2 contractAbout the RoleThe Member Capability Associate supports the implementation and ongoing operations of digital member capabilities across web and mobile platforms. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of digital experiences aligned with member experience goals and business priorities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the analysis and optimization of digital member experiences related to platform initiatives, enhancements, and maintenance.Contribute to the delivery of member‑facing website and mobile application capabilities with a focus on quality, usability, and consistency.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Assist in developing and maintaining the digital member capabilities roadmap, including prioritization of deliverables.Represent the Member Experience team on cross‑functional initiatives involving Marketing, Creative Services, Sales, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.Draft and document business requirements and support the implementation of aligned solutions.Conduct research, evaluate findings, and contribute to documentation and presentations for stakeholders.Collaborate regularly with Product Management, Sales, Operations, BTS teams, and third‑party partners.Create and maintain operating procedures and policy documentation related to the member portal and mobile application.Basic QualificationsExperience supporting digital platforms (web and/or mobile) in a member, customer, or user‑focused environment.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Technology.Additional InformationCandidates must reside in the tri‑state area (NJ, DE, or PA).Ability to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is required.
