Teacher Summer Job – Baseball Camp Instructor ($23.50/hr) | Rancho Bernardo Padres Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring teachers and coaches to work with youth campers ages 4–13 at our 4S Ranch camp. Quick Job Overview Pay: Up to $23.50/hour (Professional Educator Rate) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 8-hour camp days Season: June 8 – August 14, 2026 Campers: Ages 4–13 Padres Baseball & Softball Camps provide a fun, structured environment where young athletes learn baseball and softball fundamentals while building confidence, teamwork, and character. Learn more about our program at: www.padres.com/camps Position Overview As a Padres Camps Coach or Camp Educator, you will guide campers through daily activities focused on baseball and softball skill development. Camp staff help create a supportive environment where young players can improve their athletic skills while learning teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship. Staff work closely with Site Directors and fellow team members to ensure campers have a safe, engaging, and memorable camp experience.
