Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of operational leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a focus on baked goods or specialty food concepts. A background in event-driven sales or community-based initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in team building, financial management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
