**About the Role**Primary travel will be Boston-based, 90% day trips in driving distance. With expertise across various life sciences categories, CBRE is a leader in managing highly-regulated spaces within the industry.**What You'll Do**+ Perform installation, repair, PM and IQ/OQ/PQ services on analytical instruments (e.g., Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu) at various customer locations+ Diagnose and troubleshoot operational problems on the following lab equipment (and/or equipment of similar complexity):+ LC MS the primary focus of this position+ GC MS+ Related peripherals, e.g., headspace & autosampler+ Maintain relationship with customer+ Complete service report on each service ticket completion+ Train customers and other service representatives on maintenance tasks+ Participate in the growth of the region and company+ Identify business opportunities+ Perform a variety of tasks in relation to FSG objectives**What You'll Need**+ Service experience and knowledge of LC/MS - Triple Quad and TOF strongly preferred+ Experience with GC, HPLC, Purge & Trap, TOC, & GC/MS desired+ Bachelor's degree in science (chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent lab experience+ Knowledge of lab practices, standard concepts, and test procedures for analytical instruments+ MS office skills required+ Ability to lift 50 pounds,+ A valid Driver's License in good standing is mandatory+ Ability to train others**Why CBRE?**CBRE is the premier provider of Laboratory Services.
