Licensed Landscape Architect - Urban Design, Site Design, Project Management. Lead Buffalo-area landscape architecture projects across redevelopment, waterfront, civic, and mixed-use environments from concept through construction. Oversee client coordination, permitting, budgets, construction administration, and multidisciplinary delivery for projects that shape Western New York communities. What Youll Do. Lead small to mid-size landscape architecture projects from design through production and construction coordination. Formulate original design concepts, guide designers through execution, and balance design intent with budget and schedule realities. Coordinate project teams; manage fee, budget, and production scheduling responsibilities. Conduct client, architectural/ A/ E, public forum, municipal, and agency meetings as appropriate.
