Works with Engineering to ensure the correct procedures and techniques are being followed and assist operators as needed with troubleshooting, operational problems, review, and completion of documentation. Regularly assists in all aspects of product defect analysis and initiates appropriate corrective actions as required through engineering. Will perform database functions as required to support Production. Provides feedback to Engineering and Operations related to overall process improvement, cost reduction, safety and clean and neat activities (6S).Job Requirements2-4 years of previous Manufacturing experience and Management
