Default Servicing Paralegal
INDIANA PARALEGAL
Multi-state law firm is currently seeking full-time foreclosure paralegals to join our growing team. Primary responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits are listed below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with attorneys to review and draft court pleadings
· Follow up with courts and report status to clients
· Ensure all internal and client systems are maintained
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Organizational skills
· Excellent customer service
· Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
· Ability to use and/or learn industry related software specific to firm and clients
· Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints
· Excellent level of oral and written communication skills.
· Strong level of professional and effective interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
· Ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental policies, practices and procedures
· Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
· Reports to work on a daily and timely basis
· Knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy process preferred but not required
