Job Description Location: Blue Ash, OHEmployment Type: 1st Shift, Full-time, temp-to-hire Job BriefKable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance for our client. This job involves inspecting products and services to ensure they meet established quality standards. You’ll document and report quality levels, develop inspection standards and workflows, manage waste reduction plans, and communicate with team members to resolve issues. What’s a Typical Day Like? Documenting and reporting product or service quality levelsDeveloping and implementing standards for inspectionDeveloping a workflow for product inspectionDeveloping plans to help a company manage wasteCommunicating with other team members to solve problemsFollowing up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are foundTraining other quality insurance members on all inspection processesWhat Are the Requirements of the Job? Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be a team player and able to work well with others.Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per day.Ability to lift to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis for 100% of working hours.Ability to frequently lift cartons above (up to 8 feet overhead) or below shoulder level.Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a repetitive basis.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holdingWhy Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?
