Overview As a Technical Solutions Architect at Benchling, you act as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering teams, shaping integrations that scale Benchling within large biotech IT ecosystems. You design cloud-based automations on our developer platform and drive impactful demonstrations, prototypes, and delivery for enterprise clients. You collaborate across product, engineering, and project teams to align solutions with roadmaps and customer needs, while shaping technical documentation and platform direction. This role suits someone who loves turning complex scientific workflows into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
