Strong ICE powertrain skills and experience are required to be successful in this fast-paced job.This key role requires a dynamic and flexible individual that can handle multiple projects in different phases, but with many common parts. These programs have unique build sites and unique commercial considerations. An individual with a passion for high performance vehicles and a strong desire to deliver a premium set of products in a quality manner is essential for success.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...Manage team releasing roughly 40+ NTEI parts, some common to multiple programs and some with unique launch datesLead key technical content released by FR that includes elements of the secondary air injection system, and ownership of the overall SAI system functionKey technical hardware oversight of the powertrain system as it pertains to delivering SULEV30 for 28MY. This requires close interface with the calibration, engine, and after treatment teams.Oversight of major transmission upgrades for 27MYClose interface with contract engineering on key program deliverablesClose interface with core IPTSE & TDE teams for engine, transmission, and axle deliverablesLead the total Powertrain system integration and program delivery of Quality, Cost, Weight, Function and Timing (QCWFT).
