Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Active/Unrestricted Medical License
Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstructive Surgery or Sports Medicine
5-7 years Residency Training Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
Licensed Physician Required
