The core mission of the Billing Associate As a Billing Associate at Hack The Box, your core mission is to ensure a seamless, accurate, and transparent billing experience for our global community of players. You will act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, resolving billing-related inquiries with speed, empathy, and precision, so our users can stay focused on hacking, learning, and leveling up. What success looks like? Billing issues are resolved quickly, accurately & processes are continuously improved through your feedback and insights. Location & Work Mode: Fully Remote / Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote, plus one month of work from anywhere) - If only in Greece: When hiring in Greece, we're open to candidates from all locations. Those based within 55 km of our Athens office will follow a hybrid work model. For candidates located beyond that radius, a fully remote arrangement is available. Level 4: As a Pro-Hacker at level 4, you'll unlock the "boss level", which involves meeting the hiring manager. Level's objective: connect with the hiring manager and share with them your achievements. Level 5: Now you're an Elite Hacker! Level's objective: have a final conversation with our hiring team. Level 6: You\'ve achieved the Omniscient rank and officially received an offer from HTB! To complete the last level and the Quest, all you need to do is accept the offer. QUEST COMPLETE.
