We make it possible to turn your CDL into a rewarding profession.Driver RequirementsTo qualify, you must meet the following requirements:Be at least 21 years oldHold a valid Class A CDL and current DOT physicalHave completed a 120-hour program at an accredited CDL school in the last 2 yearsPass all required DOT screenings (urine or hair test), background check, and employment verificationProvide accident history (past 5 years) and traffic violations (past 3 years)Paid OTR TrainingYou'll start your career with 4 weeks of paid over-the-road (OTR) training. During this period, you'll earn $650 per week while traveling the country and gaining hands-on experience with a dedicated trainer. This is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills and learn from experienced professionals.After Training: What's Next?Upon completing your training, you'll meet with a terminal manager to review available positions and select the route that works best for you. Most roles are OTR with home time every 10–14 days, though regional routes with more frequent home time are often available. Local roles may be offered later but typically aren't available right after training.Available Divisions & EquipmentWe have 23 openings across several divisions, including dry van, reefer, and flatbed. Interested in flatbed? We offer free 5-day flatbed training to help you broaden your skills. You'll be driving newer Freightliner trucks, many equipped with automatic transmissions to make your ride as comfortable as possible.Competitive Pay & BenefitsOnce your training is complete, drivers typically earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week, depending on the route and division.
