Receptionist at Dynamic Investment Firm in Midtown
Our client, a dynamic investment firm, is seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to support their Midtown office. This individual will help to ensure a seamless and professional experience for guests and employees alike. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, collaborative team. This role is in-office, 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact, answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiencyGreet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and polished office environmentMaintain reception, conference rooms, and common areas to a high standardCoordinate conference room scheduling, setup, and breakdown (including technology and catering)Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and organizedCoordinate catering for meetings and internal eventsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesAssist with firm events and administrative projectsMaintain contact listsProvide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as neededRequirements:1-2+ years of relevant experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with excellent follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree requiredSalary:$65–$80K (DOE) + Discretionary bonus opportunity + Great benefits and PTO + PerksHours:8:30am–5:30pm (with flexibility as needed)In-office, five days per week
