A project management firm is seeking a Vice President of Talent in Nashville, TN.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop and execute the company’s talent strategy aligned with business goalsLead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding initiativesPartner with executive leadership on organizational structuring and headcount planningOversee onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and succession planning programsManage and mentor recruiting, HR, and talent teamsEnsure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and HR best practicesRequirements:8+ years in Recruitment/ Talent AcquisitionA completed Bachelor's degreeExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsThe annual base salary range is $175k to $285k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
