Electrical Foreman

Electrical ForemanPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on various industrial and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work and a proven track record of managing teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team on-site.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installation and maintenance activities.Manage and schedule workloads for electrical staff to meet project timelines.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on electrical installations and repairs.Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices.Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.QualificationsProven experience as an Electrician with a focus on industrial and commercial projects.Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.Relevant certifications and licenses in electrical work are required.
