The PositionOperational Planning & ManagementWork in a collaborative partnership with the Project Manager, sharing mutual accountabilityLead field teams including tradespeople, foremen, and subcontractorsAssist in resolving construction challenges such as productivity issues and work interface conflictsReview construction plans and drawingsOrder, schedule, and coordinate material deliveriesCoordinate and monitor subcontractors whose work impacts project executionFoster a positive work environment through professional communication with clients, subcontractors, coworkers, and managementMentor Foremen and Project Engineers to support individual and organizational growthAccountable to Foreman/Lead Foreman for: SafetyPlanning and communicationPersonnel managementMaterials, tools, and equipmentJobsite environmentCore ResponsibilitiesSchedule managementEquipment managementMaterial and tool managementPersonnel managementRisk managementCost, productivity, and quality managementOverall responsibility for labor and equipment costsAssist with job procurement, estimating, and pre‑construction planningEnsure work quality meets both company and client expectationsPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisorRequirementsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordMinimum of: 10 years of Foreman experience, or5 years of Superintendent or Construction Manager experienceTechnical or secondary education in a related field preferredElectrical construction experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation, diplomacy, and influenceSolid understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards, and how they impact project execution
