Technical Program Manager – Digital Web Platforms / Next.js / Headless CMSRemoteOverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Technical Program Manager to lead delivery initiatives across modern digital web platforms. This role focuses on driving end-to-end execution for scalable, client-facing digital experiences built on Next.js, React, and Headless CMS technologies.The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Content Strategy, SEO, and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing, accessible, and SEO-optimized web experiences. This role requires strong program leadership, technical acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable delivery plans.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & DeliveryLead end-to-end execution of digital web experience initiatives spanning CMS, design systems, and Next.js application layers.Translate business, product, and content requirements into structured technical programs with measurable outcomes and milestones.Drive planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution across multiple cross-functional teams.Coordinate engineering, UX/design, content strategy, SEO, and marketing stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery.Manage release timelines, deployment coordination, and production readiness activities.Identify and mitigate risks related to content migrations, rendering changes, API integrations, caching strategies, and deployments.Technical Partnership & Platform EnablementParticipate in architecture and platform discussions involving:SSR (Server-Side Rendering)SSG (Static Site Generation)ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration)Routing strategiesCDN cachingPerformance optimizationCollaborate with engineering teams on front-end and CMS integration strategies.Understand headless CMS concepts including:Content modelingAPI queryingCMS governancePublishing workflowsSupport teams in adopting best practices for:AccessibilitySEO optimizationCore Web VitalsPerformance monitoring"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
