Project Manager – Construction

Your work will directly impact how spaces function and serve the people who use them, all while collaborating with colleagues who support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage construction project lifecycles from initial planning through final closeout and handoverDevelop and maintain comprehensive project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment with client objectivesCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate seamless project executionMonitor project progress continuously and proactively address risks, issues, and change orders as they ariseEnsure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all project phasesSupport procurement processes and participate in vendor selection and contract negotiationsParticipate in regular site meetings and oversee on-site activities to ensure work aligns with plans and specificationsContribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives that advance environmental goalsProvide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadershipRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or managementDemonstrated familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation standardsProficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teamsProven organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced project environmentsAbility to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsPreferred qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, or actively pursuing certificationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certificationExperience with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar softwareExposure to mission-critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, or corporate campusesKnowledge of sustainable building practices, green building standards, or LEED accreditation
