If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and culinary enthusiasm. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication of special requests or dietary needs * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness * Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales * Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly * Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards to provide expert recommendations * Ensure proper sanitation and food handling procedures are followed at all times to uphold health regulations * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly * Assist in setting up dining areas, refilling supplies, and maintaining a clean environment for guests’ comfort *Qualifications* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully * Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods * Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities * Culinary experience or food industry background is beneficial for understanding menu items and food safety protocols * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Join us in creating lively dining experiences where guests feel valued from start to finish!
