Candidates with CNC mill, CNC lathe, 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis machining experience are encouraged to apply.Available Shifts:Night Shift:5:00 PM – 5:00 AMIncludes 15% to 20% shift premiumWeekend Shift Options:Friday – Sunday4:00 AM – 4:00 PM5:00 AM – 5:00 PM6:00 AM – 6:00 PMOpenings Include:5-Axis CNC MachinistsCNC Mill Machinists, including 3-axis and 4-axisCNC Lathe MachinistsCNC Operators and Machinists with varying levels of setup experienceKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and/or 5-axis equipment depending on experienceRun production to established setups, travelers, and work instructionsPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&TMonitor machine performance and identify issues during productionMake offsets and adjustments as needed, based on experience levelMaintain accurate production documentation and quality standardsFollow all safety, housekeeping, and shop floor proceduresQualifications:2+ years of CNC machining experience preferredExperience with CNC mills, CNC lathes, 5-axis machining, or similar precision machining equipmentAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently while following established proceduresWillingness to work night shift or weekend shiftPreferred Experience:5-axis machining experienceMastercam exposureSetup experienceExperience working with tight tolerances, including ±0.001" or betterBackground in aerospace, defense, space, oil & gas, or other precision manufacturing environmentsExperience with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, Monel, alloys, or other exotic metalsWhy This Opportunity:Multiple openings across different CNC machine types and shiftsStrong pay range with shift premiums availableModern CNC equipment, including advanced 5-axis machiningClean, organized, and technology-driven shop environmentOpportunity to work on complex, high-precision partsLong-term growth and advancement potential
