Restaurant Hosts, Food Runners, Cashiers - Fine Dining

Glen's Falls newest restaurant - Park & Elm - is looking for enthusiastic Food Runners, Hosts, and Cashiers. Support Staff perform a range of tasks including greeting guests, preparing tables, assisting servers, serving orders, and facilitating communication between kitchen and waitstaff. We also offer the opportunity to be cross-trained as a cashier in our market and deli. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations. Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in the dining room. Help the waitstaff set up tables by placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, decorations, and napkins. Assist servers by delivering meals to guests. Reset tables, including linens, glassware, and flatware. Occasionally check on customers to handle any impromptu requests or issues. Inform management of customer feedback. Requirements: Great communication and people skills. Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment. Multitasking skills. Available to work different hours including weekends and nights. Reliable transportation.
