1. Financial Advisor (3–5 Years
Experience)
Compensation: $100K –
$110K base + annual bonus

growing independent wealth management firm, is expanding their
Westborough office and hiring two Financial Advisors at different
experience levels. These roles are designed as succession-track
opportunities, where advisors will partner closely with senior
advisors and gradually transition into primary ownership of client

Overview
Both positions are focused on supporting and
transitioning an existing client base from senior
advisors/partners. Over time, you will become the lead advisor on
these accounts, with business development becoming a larger part of
the role as you grow.

Partner with

Bachelor’s degree
