Glass Assembler / Manufacturing Technician (Entry-Level – UV Bonding & Mechanical Assembly) Tecno Display – Sparks, NV 89431 Full-Time | $23.00 per hour | Monday–Friday | On-Site Company Overview Tecno Display is a U.S.-based manufacturing company producing high-end glass display cases for jewelry stores, museums, retail environments, and universities nationwide. All fabrication, assembly, and finishing are performed in-house at our Sparks, Nevada facility. We operate a precision-focused production environment emphasizing quality control, mechanical assembly accuracy, and craftsmanship. Position Summary We are hiring a Glass Assembler / Manufacturing Technician to perform precision assembly of tempered glass panels using UV adhesives, aluminum extrusions, and integrated LED lighting components. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, experience in manufacturing, warehouse production, cabinet assembly, glazier work, fabrication, or hands-on technical work. No prior glass experience required. Training provided. Core Duties (Manufacturing & Assembly) Precision alignment and UV bonding of tempered glass panels Mechanical assembly of aluminum extrusion framing systems Installation of LED lighting components Use of hand tools and measuring tools Quality control inspection and tolerance verification Material handling and safe lifting procedures Surface prep, cleaning, polishing, and final packaging This is hands-on fabrication work requiring spatial awareness, accuracy, and steady mechanical execution. Work Environment Standing for full shift (8 hours) Repeated team lifting of 50+ lbs Non-climate-controlled warehouse (seasonal heat and cold) Safety-focused production environment No phones or earbuds allowed on production floor Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to workflow.
