About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as an Enterprise Product Owner within the Global Privacy Office, part of the Enterprise Risk Program Office. This role leads scrum teams supporting Information Management Office applications, drives the implementation and optimization of privacy platforms such as OneTrust and Securiti.AI, and redesigns workflows using existing and AI-enabled solutions. The consultant will act as a privacy and information management SME, partnering cross-functionally to manage risk, ensure regulatory alignment, and deliver enterprise-wide privacy and information governance initiatives.In This Role, You WillEnterprise Product Owner for the scrum team(s) supporting the Information Management Office applicationsAbility to define product vision and strategy and experience with scrum collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.Recommend and redesign workflows using existing product suite and AI workflows for various privacy and information management functionsExperience implementing a product solution on platforms like One Trust and/or Securiti.AI in large organizationsProduct SME for one or more processes like records management, records lifecycle, privacy (Assessments, Notices, Data Subject Requests, Consent Management, Breach notification) and insider threatEffective written, verbal communication to deal with a variety of different stakeholdersHighly involved in staying current with privacy regulations and upcoming changes impacting the privacy program and impacted business groupsAnalytical in utilizing data, privacy knowledge, and Wells Fargo Environment to determine impacts across the enterpriseImplementation of privacy tools like One Trust, Securiti.AI or similar tools in organizations of the same sizeLead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong knowledge of agile methodologies , like scrum and associated certifications like Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)Proven experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and prioritization, creating, and managing roadmaps, defining KPI's and product metricsExperience with the software development processes and understanding of concepts like API's, UX/UI basics, and system architectureStrong stakeholder management skills across Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Business Execution, and senior leadershipProven success driving end to end, product implementation from strategy through rollout in large, matrixed organizationsAbility to act as a Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) translating regulatory and policy requirements into system capabilitiesStrong understanding of data lifecycle, classification, retention, and lawful use conceptsHands on experience implementing and operationalizing privacy technology platforms, including: OneTrust, Securiti.AI or comparable enterprise privacy or governance toolsAbility to redesign and optimize workflows using existing product suites and AI-enabled workflowsExperience deploying tools across large, highly regulated enterprises with complex stakeholder needsDemonstrated ability to stay current with privacy regulations and assess upcoming regulatory changesExperience evaluating enterprise-wide impact of regulatory and privacy changes on business processes and systemsStrong risk mindset with the ability to limit risk exposure while driving efficiency and scaleAbility to influence without authority and guide organizational decision makingAbility to drive accountability for initiatives, ensuring delivery against commitments and timelinesComfortable presenting analysis, recommendations, and trade offs to senior leaders and governance forumsExperience in financial services or similarly regulated industriesJob ExpectationsAbility to travel 5% of the timeThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleAdherence to in-office attendance expectationsThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocation:401 S Tryon St., Charlotte, NCOnly posted location(s) will be consideredPosting End Date:9 May 2026Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
