Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead product issue resolution initiatives across software and hardware teams. This role is responsible for driving timely resolution of product issues by collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams. Ensuring customer safety and product reliability is the highest priority.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with product teams to identify, prioritize, and triage software and hardware issues. Collaborate with engineering managers to develop solutions and drive issues through resolution. Work closely with engineering leads to improve software and hardware reliability, preventing future issues. Identify project risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Track program progress and communicate status, risks, and accomplishments to executive leadership. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of critical initiatives. Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in: Technical Program Management Engineering Management Consulting Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programs. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering processes. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as: Jira Smartsheet Gantt Charts Risk Matrices Similar project management tools Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and engineering teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations. Ability to balance strategic priorities while driving detailed execution. Preferred SkillsExperience working in software and hardware product development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with risk management and issue resolution program
