Data Operations Associate

We specialize in quickly acquiring and efficiently matching top-tier professional talent with clients in immediate need of highly skilled contract, permanent or project management based resources.“NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work onsite, based on the client’s specified hybrid work schedule (currently onsite 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).”Data Operations AssociateReno, NVMonitor and respond to data center system alerts and alarms to ensure continuous operation.Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of hardware and network equipment.Support inventory management of hardware components and replacement parts.Document operational procedures, incidents, and maintenance activities accurately.Assist with physical infrastructure tasks including cabling, hardware installation, and environmental controls.Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and facilitate resolution.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data center security policies.Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.Support project activities related to data center upgrades and expansions.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.Previous experience in data center operations, IT support, or facilities maintenance preferred.Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and data center infrastructure.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Red Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
