Important: This is an in-office position in Modesto, with potential for hybrid flexibility after training.
About the Role We are a plaintiff’s personal injury firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our Modesto office. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop practical legal skills, build client relationships, and learn how cases progress from intake through resolution.
This position does not involve litigation, making it a great opportunity to master the fundamentals of case development, client communication, negotiation, and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing After training, you’ll take an active role in moving cases forward and supporting clients:
Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategy
Review medical records and demand packages
Work with case managers to keep cases progressing
Negotiate with insurance companies and help resolve cases
Ensure clients are receiving proper treatment and support
*Example:* You might speak with a client in the morning, assess liability and damages midday, and negotiate a settlement by the end of the week—gaining real-world experience quickly.
Exciting Opportunity: Client Intake & Case Evaluation As part of your role, you’ll also collaborate closely with our intake/call center team—one of the fastest ways to build confidence and discernment as a new attorney.

Qualifications • Recently passed the bar (or early in your career)
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Interest in personal injury law
Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (depending on experience)
