They provide access to skilled engineering and design talent, saving clients time, resources and money. The company is seeking an account executive to join their growing team, offering a competitive compensation package and a hybrid work model after an initial in-office period.Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will be a key player new sales organization, working directly with the founders and leaders in the organization. Your core responsibilities will include:Conduct discovery meetings: You will be supported by a lead generation team that sets up approximately 40 appointments per month, with an expectation of qualifying prospects, making presentations, and closing deals.Nurture Leads: Maintain communication throughout the sales cycle, which typically spans 2 to 8 weeks, and work to get prospects onto a trial period or contract.Maintain CRM: Keep accurate records of sales data, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to the lead generation team to improve appointment quality.Requirements:5-10 years of proven sales experience in a service-based sales environment, including consulting, professional services, staff augmentation or similar with ideal candidates having a previous focus within engineering.Strong emphasis on consultative selling experience, where the ability to understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions is critical.A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required, with an engineering/architecture qualification being an added advantage.Location: This is a remote role based out of Raleigh, NC with flexibility for a candidate based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Total Comp: $180,000
