FOH Training

As a front of house team member for our restaurant, you will be an essential part of our guests' dining experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, taking their orders, and answering any questions they may have about the menu. You will also need to ensure that tables are set up properly, and the dining area is clean and organized at all times. Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them at their table- Take customers' orders and relay them to the kitchen staff- Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant- Ensure that tables are set up properly, and the dining area is clean and organized at all times- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly- Process payments and operate the cash register accuratelyRequirements:- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays- A positive attitude and team player mentality
