We value integrity, clarity, and teamwork, and we believe the best solutions come from listening first, thinking ahead, and being part of the solution, not the problem.Position OverviewExperienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across healthcare, educational, public works, and institutional sectors. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, compliance (including OSHPD/HCAI where applicable), stakeholder communication, and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and budget development from pre-construction through closeout for healthcare, education, public works, and institutional projects.Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors; coordinate scopes of work, procurement, and contract administration.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and approvals, including OSHPD and HCAI processes for applicable healthcare projects.Oversee construction supervision, cost control, change order management, and progress reporting to stakeholders and clients.Develop and maintain project schedules, critical path analysis, and resource plans to meet milestones and delivery dates.Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to plans and specifications.Serve as primary client contact; facilitate meetings, coordinate with owners, design teams, agencies, and community stakeholders.Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, closeout packages, and as-built records.Implement risk management strategies and resolve project issues and conflicts proactively.Manage permit processes and liaison with public agencies for public works and school projects to ensure timely approvals.Mentor and coordinate project engineers and field staff to ensure alignment with project objectives and company standards.QualificationsBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Minimum 5+ years experience managing construction projects, with demonstrated experience in healthcare, educational/school, public works, or institutional projects.Direct experience with OSHPD and HCAI processes and documentation for healthcare construction projects preferred.Proven knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and construction management systems.Strong understanding of public agency procedures, permitting, and public works project delivery methods.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.Familiarity with change management, claims avoidance, and risk mitigation strategies.Ability to travel between job sites and work flexible hours as project demands require.Valid drivers license; additional certifications (LEED, OSHA 30) are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive Compensation (DOE): $100k-160kMedical/Dental/Vision100% company paid premiums for employeePaid vacation and sick timeEleven (11) Paid Holidays401(k) with company contributionCell phone reimbursement...and more!
