Investment & Financial Planning Officer Location: Fulton County, IL (flexible work schedule) Status: Full-Time | ExemptOverview:This role is responsible for managing investment portfolios, supporting wealth management initiatives, and delivering financial planning services to clients. The position works closely with internal partners and clients to develop and execute investment strategies while ensuring a high level of service and fiduciary oversight.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee investment portfolios, including asset allocation, rebalancing, and tradingMonitor market and economic trends to inform investment strategyCollaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams on client accountsConduct investment research and maintain approved security listsPrepare and present investment reviews and performance updatesDevelop and deliver limited-scope financial plans for clientsSupport trading processes and maintain efficient investment proceduresCommunicate investment strategies and recommendations to clients and stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3+ years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or wealth managementStrong knowledge of investment products, markets, and fiduciary responsibilitiesExperience in trust or bank wealth management environments preferredCFP®, CFA®, CPA, or willingness to obtain is a plusStrong analytical, communication, and client relationship skills
