Commercial Operations Director

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of commercial capabilities for sales, marketing, and patient support Establish business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring capabilities to manage business objectives Collaborate with IT and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of systems and inventory expectations with sales operations Required Qualifications and Education Minimally a BA/BS; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry preferred Experience in start-up environments is important Strong understanding of commercial operations in Oncology Rare Disease Strategic mindset with proven leadership and project management skills
