The team is collaborative and provides meaningful exposure to a broad range of valuation engagements, with increasing responsibility over time.What you’ll do:Support valuation engagements across financial reporting, M&A, and corporate planningAssist with financial modeling, research, and valuation analysisContribute to ASC 805 (purchase price allocation), ASC 350 (goodwill impairment), and ASC 718 (equity compensation) projectsWork closely with senior professionals who are actively involved in training and developmentWhat we’re looking for:2–5 years of business valuation experience in a reputable firmStrong foundation in valuation methodologies (income, market, and/or cost approaches)Exposure to financial reporting and/or transaction-related valuation workDetail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow technically and professionally
